Your responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Head Maître d’Hôtel in supervising and managing our restaurants
* Coordinating service areas
* Communicating with the Assistant Restaurant Manager
* Optimizing service processes
* Sharing responsibility for the team
* Preparing for high‑end service
* Guest care and interaction
* Working across various service areas of the hotel
* Advising guests on food and suitable beverage choices
* Ensuring and implementing service standards
What defines you:
* Completed training as a certified restaurant specialist (EFZ) or a degree from a hotel management school
* You are an energetic, well‑groomed person who enjoys engaging with guests
* You enjoy working in a team
* You are flexible, resilient, responsible, detail‑oriented, and customer‑focused
* Good knowledge of French and English; German is an advantage
