Kenvue is currently recruiting for the role of Senior Manager, Digital Execution Excellence. This position reports to the Director, Digital Portfolio Strategy & Execution and is based at one of the Kenvue offices in Switzerland or India .

Role Overview
This role is crucial in executing Kenvue's digital strategy and portfolio. The Senior Manager will oversee the successful end-to-end delivery of complex, global digital initiatives, leading a team of project and program managers, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure value delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Drive execution excellence across project and program management areas, including planning, scope, governance, RAID, and stakeholder engagement.
Develop and implement central PMO processes, ensuring adherence and excellence.
Create a PMO capability maturity model and lead the team’s development according to this roadmap.
Measure and improve KPIs related to project and program management, enabling data-driven decisions.
Provide regular updates to leadership on execution status, risks, and issues.
Serve as a point of escalation for risks and issues, collaborating across teams to resolve them.
Lead a team of project and program managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
Enhance team capabilities in project management, digital skills, and leadership.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, project management, digital, supply chain, or related fields.
12-15 years of business experience, including 10+ years leading large-scale program teams.
7+ years of people management experience.
Industry-recognized project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
Hands-on experience managing large digital and data programs, preferably in supply chain.
Knowledge of agile methodologies, digital product management, and procurement technology.
Proficiency in data analysis, automation, and analytics.
Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, especially in matrixed environments.
Proven leadership in influencing and driving change.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s or PhD in a relevant field.
Deep understanding of digital transformation.
Experience leading diverse, global teams.
Knowledge of the CPG industry and business acumen.
Experience in complex, multi-functional organizations.
