You will become part of our Corporate Real Estate Management Team (CREM) at PwC Switzerland. The team is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the entire real estate portfolio – ranging from tenant fit-out projects and facility management to the coordination of external service providers. Working closely with internal stakeholders, owners, and authorities, CREM creates modern, safe and sustainable working environments where employees feel comfortable and can fully realise their potential.

Management of the PwC real estate portfolio in the Romandie region (Geneva, Lausanne and Neuchâtel), with a focus on ensuring smooth and efficient operations
Coordination and supervision of external service and facility management providers, including quality control and documentation
Identification of user needs, advising internal stakeholders and developing practical, customer‑oriented solutions
End‑to‑end responsibility for the new construction project in Geneva – covering both construction and operational aspects
Independent driving and implementation of sustainability initiatives within the real estate and facility management context
Responsibility for budget planning, cost control and adherence for the assigned PwC locations
Ensuring contract and rent management, including coordination with property management and review of service charge statements
Maintenance and implementation of site‑specific emergency and evacuation concepts
Organisation and execution of emergency and evacuation drills (approx. 6–8 per year) in close collaboration with Corporate Security
Preparation of analyses, presentations and reports
Active contribution to the continuous improvement of processes, standards and ways of working within the CREM environment
Dein Skill Set
Several years of professional experience (approx. 2–4 years) in real estate management or facility management, ideally in a corporate environment
Qualification as a certified real estate manager, a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, or a comparable qualification is an advantage
Interest in or initial practical experience with construction, refurbishment or tenant fit‑out projects
Fluent French skills (native level or C1), good English skills; German is an advantage
Confident handling of MS 365; experience with real estate or CAFM systems such as Planon or Spacewell is a plus
Communicative, service‑oriented and proactive personality with a structured way of working and a solution‑oriented mindset
