Job Description
Payroll Operations:
* Manage monthly payroll operations for corporate employees and retail employees with collaboration with the payroll provider
* Ensure accuracy, compliance, and on-time payroll delivery.
* Handlepayroll controls, reporting, and usse resolution
* Work closely with colleagues in Switzeralnd and France and act as the go to contact for specific questions on Swiss payroll.
Payroll Projects:
* Support the integration of the retail payroll cycle to the corporate payroll cylce.
* Validate setupsm reportig structues and payroll calendars.
* Prepare and support the migration of systems.
* ensure a smooth transition and uniterrupted payroll services.
* Perform a full review of existing payroll systems and provider set up.
* Idetify compliance gaps and recommend solutions.
* Support the roll out of a new T&A (Time & Attendant) system
The Successful Applicant
* 7+ years experience in Swiss Payroll with strong knowledge of Swiss labour law and social security
* Experience working with a payroll provider (experience with ADP is a great advantage)
* Experience with ADP Celegro is a great plus.
* Project experience in payroll migrations and process stabilization.
* Strong communication skills and used to working with several stakeholders.
* Advanced Excel Skills
* Fluent in English with good German skills, French is highly appreciated.
