Your Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in connecting top-tier talent with industry-leading clients. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client requirements to headhunting, interviewing, and presenting candidates, ensuring an outstanding experience for both clients and candidates alike.
Key Responsibilities
You will build and nurture deep partnerships with clients, advising on recruitment strategies and delivering tailored solutions. Your role will involve identifying and assessing high-caliber candidates, primarily focusing on middle to senior-level positions. You will conduct interviews, assessments, and thorough background checks to ensure the best fit. Additionally, you will manage the negotiation and placement process, overseeing salary discussions and offer management while providing post-placement support.
