Restaurant zur Post in Riedholz is family‑owned since 1847. We operate a 60‑seat à la carte restaurant, a 55‑seat terrace, and two banquet halls (20/60 seats). We also offer catering services. Since 2010 we belong to the Guild of established Swiss gastronomes.
We offer market‑fresh, seasonal cuisine and value consistent, high‑quality dishes. Our service is family‑friendly and personal.
Responsibilities
• Produce à la carte and banquet menu dishes from fresh, regional, seasonal products.
• Prepare and cook dishes with new techniques and high culinary standards.
• Serve guests with enthusiasm and ensure a personalized, welcoming experience.
Qualifications
Certified chef (Swiss Federal VET Diploma or equivalent) with at least 1 year of experience.
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of hygiene standards.
Good German language skills in spoken and written form.
Team‑oriented, self‑motivated, quick learner, and adaptable.
Working conditions
Workload: 100%
Shift work including Sunday and holiday duties.
Employment duration: Permanent; start by agreement.
Location: 4533 Riedholz (SO)
