Responsibilities
You manage customer requests before, during and after their stay

You handle guest reception according to established procedures

You supervise the management of emails, phone calls and bookings outside office hours

You oversee invoicing, cash management and client cardex follow-up

You establish active collaboration with internal departments and the reservation service in Lausanne

You handle complaints according to the defined procedure

You supervise the sale of hotel services, products and points of sale

You monitor cultural events in Neuchâtel and its surroundings to inform guests

Profile sought
You communicate fluently in French and English, and conduct exchanges in German professionally

You manage your work with organisation, rigour and attention to detail

You build excellent relationships through team spirit and communication skills

You handle stress effectively and demonstrate curiosity and adaptability

You supervise the use of PMS software (Opera Cloud an asset) and mastery of the Office Suite

You apply your knowledge of accounting and sales techniques to support your tasks
