Area Sales Manager Partner Markets and Travel Retail EMEAA (m/f/x)
Responsibilities
Execute business plans and sales strategies within the assigned area to achieve sales and prof-itability targets
Manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners, ensuring high levels of cus-tomer satisfaction
Conduct regular market and customer visits to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and ensure effective plan execution
Support the implementation of marketing and sales campaigns in line with the ODAG marketing calendar
Support budgeting and forecasting activities for the area, tracking sales performance against targets
Analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving results
Ensure accurate reporting of sales activities, customer performance, and market developments
Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, operations) to en-sure smooth execution of initiatives
Maintain effective communication with the Senior Manager / Director on market developments, opportunities, and risks
Participate in customer and consumer events together with distribution partners, representing the company professionally
Maintain strong knowledge of the product portfolio, pricing, and commercial policies
Provide product information and training to customers as needed
Ensure proper execution of commercial policies, including portfolio and pricing compliance
Qualifications and experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or in a related field is required
Knowledge of sales and customer management principles with experience in executing sales plans
Understanding international markets, channels, and customer segments is an advantage
Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable actions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. SAP)
