Joining our Healthcare team is becoming part of a diverse, inclusive and flexible working culture, presenting great opportunities for personal development and career advancement across the globe. /p pbFixed-term contract from July 2026 to December 2027 /b /p pAs a Project Steerer for Helvetia, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of a strategic investment project within the pharmaceutical industry. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for detailed project scheduling, organizing progress meetings, managing scope changes, and identifying and mitigating risks. /p pYour expertise will ensure the alignment of project plans with strategic goals, enabling the seamless coordination of all stakeholders and ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. By providing accurate reports and analyses, you will empower decision-making and drive the project’s success in a fast-paced, regulated environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborate with Work Package Owners to develop and maintain a detailed project schedule aligned with Level 3 from the Basic Design phase, identifying critical paths. /li liOptimize schedules impacting manufacturing and manage interdependencies between work packages to prevent bottlenecks. /li liRegularly update the schedule to reflect scope changes, delays, and shifting priorities, ensuring real-time accuracy. /li liEnsure alignment of the schedule with resource constraints, budget, and overall project objectives. /li liOrganize and lead coordination meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and track actions and deadlines; act as liaison between teams. /li liDefine the workflow for scope changes, assess impacts on schedule, budget, and resources, and communicate and integrate approved changes. /li liMaintain the risk register, implement mitigation strategies, and elevate high-priority risks as needed. /li liTrack progress (schedules, resources, milestones) and produce monthly performance reports with KPIs, supporting updates for the Steering Committee. /li /ul h3Expected Skills And Competencies /h3 ul liEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, life sciences, or a relevant technical/scientific field. Languages: English and French (bilingual) proficiency required. /li liExperience: 5–10 years in project scheduling, coordination, or project management, preferably in large-scale industrial or pharmaceutical projects. /li liExpertise: Proven ability to manage complex schedules and coordinate large, multidisciplinary projects. /li liAdvantage: Experience in steering large, strategic investment projects is a plus. /li liTechnical skills: Proficiency in MS Project and knowledge of technical disciplines and their workflows and constraints. /li liAnalytical ability: Strong skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights. /li liProject management: Demonstrated experience with multiple work packages and cross-functional teams; knowledge of PM best practices. /li liKey Deliverables: Detailed schedule with critical paths, site shutdown coordination, risk mitigation plans, robust change-order workflow, and monthly KPI reports. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pWe celebrate all dimensions of diversity and believe that diversity drives excellence and innovation.
