The purpose of this job is to support customer Service and Procurement team, ensuring that technical support is delivered on time to reach our business requirement. This is a key support function for our services activity
We’ll look for you to:
Provide technical documentation (drawings, parts lists, test specifications) to our customers and/or suppliers
Provide engineering advise to our customer service and procurement team
Support our engineering team on change or update of technical documentation
Liaise with suppliers, contractors and specialist engineers as necessary to resolve technical problems
Create new part number if required in our technical data base call PDM
Transfer parts from PDM to our ERP system to be used by our customer service team
Ensure that a library of controlled documentation is maintained
Support our quality department providing technical documentation
Carry out technical investigations and where necessary produce relevant reports

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
2–4 years of professional experience in an engineering role
Strong attention to detail and a rigorous approach to work
Collaborative mindset and strong team spirit
Open‑minded with a willingness to learn and adapt
Experience working with ERP systems, ideally SAP
Fluent in German and English
Willingness to travel
