We're a modern insurance agency with a unique platform that addresses a significant, often-overlooked issue faced by many businesses in their workers' compensation insurance.
Over the past 10 years, we have refined our platform to offer a niche solution that effectively resolves Work Comp problems for our target market.
Our offerings include a robust service platform, a proven sales process, and ample resources to support deal closures.
We seek an effective salesperson (insurance experience not required) willing to learn our approach and seize this unique opportunity.
Ideal candidates should be willing to travel to California (if not local) for in-person meetings with prospects and company events.

Responsibilities
1. Utilize Salesforce CRM to identify and prospect businesses with specific needs we can address
2. Track prospecting efforts and meet sales KPIs set by the Sales Manager and Leadership Team
3. Generate and conduct sales meetings with prospects to acquire new clients
Qualifications
* A P&C Insurance License is required. If unavailable, we can support your licensing process as you learn our product
* Proven sales experience is required; prior insurance sales experience is not necessary
* Must communicate effectively, manage time efficiently, and work independently to achieve sales goals
Compensation
$150,000+ in the first year, including commissions
