Responsibilities
* Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of laser texturing and cutting machine
* Execution of retrofits, upgrades, and machine conversion
* Identification and implementation of optimization opportunities in close collaboration with Development and 2nd Level Support
* Professional handling, troubleshooting, analysis, and documentation of service case
* Support in creating, reviewing, and improving technical documentation and process procedure
* Occasional assistance with trade fair setup and dismantling activitie
* Ensuring full compliance with Advanced Manufacturing safety standards, including particle emissions, laser radiation, contamination control, gas handling, and explosion preventio
* Participation in additional functional responsibilities based on expertise and business requirements (e.g., internal training, quality initiatives, or special technical projects — approximately 10% of working time)
Qualifications
* Completed technical vocational training, ideally with an additional qualification as a certified technici
* several years of experience as a Service Technician for laser machines or comparable high-tech industrial equipme
* Strong customer-service orientation combined with an independent and structured work approa
* High willingness to travel (up to 90%) across Europe and Switzerla
* Good MS Office skills and strong IT knowledge in hardware and software environmen
* Fluent English skills are mandatory, along with fluent German or Fren
* High commitment to providing excellent customer support and service quali
