Technical Project Manager Retrofit - Electronic Systems (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
1. Manage all engine control system related retrofit activities and technology upgrades for marine 2-stroke engines in service produced under WinGD license
2. Be responsible to deliver all Automation & Control relevant drawing sets needed to purchase relevant components and install specified equipment (bill of material, order drawings, assembly drawings)
3. Within this role you will: Carry out impact analysis based on available documentation to identify the scope of a specific retrofit project Coordinate retrofit projects from Automation & Control side across other departments and teams, clarifying interface and connection points and agree timeline / project roadmaps Break down retrofit project scope into individual design groups and prepare work for outsourcing facilitating economical resources Within area of competence, manage external resources by preparing clearly defined tasks and review delivered designs / drawings to meet internal standards Adjust documentation to the latest production / ordering requirements
Requirements:
4. Minimum 5 years experience with 3D CAD system (preferably Siemens NX)
5. Familiar with VSM norm to create 2D assembly and production drawings
6. Experienced with Product Lifecycle Management System (preferable Siemens Teamcenter)
7. Experience as technical project manager
8. Strong proficiency of technical documentation
9. Proven working experience with combustion engines or industrial plants with comparable complexity
10. Experience in manufacturing mechanical parts is a strong asset
11. Familiar with team collaboration and workflow management tools (preferable Jira and Confluence)
12. Very fluent in English
13. German language skills are considered an advantage
