If you have an interest in outdoor or winter sports, you’ll be surrounded by truly passionate people. /ppustrongResponsibilities /strong /u /ppstrongAccounts Receivable ownership and ledger clean-up /strong /pulliTake full ownership of the accounts receivable function across multiple international entities /liliFull responsibility of the AR inbox, promptly managing queries /liliReview, reconcile and resolve historic ledger issues /liliInvestigate and clear aged balances and discrepancies /liliEnsure accuracy and integrity of AR balances across all regions /liliReview and improve processes for credit notes and adjustments /liliEnsure proper controls around invoicing and revenue recognition /li /ul pstrongCollections Credit Management /strong /pulliOversee accurate and timely invoicing across all subsidiaries /liliPartner with sales and operations teams to drive timely customer payments, co-ordinating the order to cash process /liliSet and monitor credit limits and customer risk /liliHandle escalations and complex customer disputes /li /ul pstrongOther tasks /strong /pulliPerform and deliver financial analysis and reporting to support in cashflow forecasting /liliPerform checks to local tax/VAT/GST requirements /liliManage invoice financing facility /liliSupport audits and maintain proper documentation /li /ulpstrongRequirements /strong /pulliAt least 2 years experience in an Accounts Receivable role with full ownership of the function.
