Employee Labour Relations Manager
This is a senior role within our HR team, responsible for managing employee relations and labour laws in Switzerland. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, particularly in employment law and labour relations.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, such as employment law or human resources, and will be fluent in German and English. Experience working with Works Councils, unions, and other stakeholders is essential.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. The ability to establish relationships with internal and external partners is crucial, as is the ability to drive business results through data-driven decisions.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other HR teams to deliver business solutions that meet the needs of our developing business. They will also develop and report on HR analytics to inform performance and drive data-based decisions.
