The modular systems of our client shape modern working and living environments around the world – as an expression of aesthetics, precision, and cultural identity. You will lead an interdisciplinary team spanning Product Management and Engineering, while also overseeing cross-functional areas such as product protection (IP rights) and sustainability. Together, you will develop new solutions that combine innovative concepts, technical excellence, and market- relevance. In this role, you will not only act as a leader but as a curator: identifying relevant trends, translating ideas into industrial reality, and shaping a product world that defines new standards.You have several years of international management experience in the development of sophisticated products – whether in the world of industrial design, high-quality consumer goods, interior systems, automotive interiors or innovative branded products. You have a university degree (in design, engineering, architecture, technology or a related field) and experience in managing complex development processes. You think strategically, act creatively and lead with inspiration. You communicate confidently at C-level, navigate different cultural contexts with ease, and are fluent in both German and English.
