Job Description
Your Mission 💡
We are looking for a motivated Apprentice Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join one of our most critical engineering teams. This apprenticeship is a unique chance to learn by doing in a real-world environment, while contributing to platforms that reach millions of users and handle very high traffic.
What You’ll Do
* Learn the foundations of Site Reliability Engineering : monitoring, performance, automation, and reliability.
* Be introduced to backend development and progressively contribute to services and tools that support our infrastructure.
* Participate in day-to-day tasks such as deployments, troubleshooting, and scaling challenges, always with guidance from senior engineers .
* Collaborate closely with experienced teammates and learn best practices step by step.
* As you grow in skills and confidence, your responsibilities will expand, giving you the chance to take on more complex tasks and ownership .
Qualifications

* Rigorous, methodical, and structured mindset, with strong motivation to learn.
* Passion for backend development and / or infrastructure (formal experience is not required but a plus).
* English fluency is mandatory, as it’s our working language.
* Curiosity, discipline, and a willingness to grow in a high-performance environment .
