1. 18 months, 3 rotations: Experience different trading desks and support functions

Your Profile
5. Legal right to work in Switzerland without requiring employer-sponsored visa support
6. Master’s degree in financial engineering, mathematics, computer science, data science, physics, energy engineering, finance, or a related field
7. Graduate by the program start date (October 2026)
8. Strong interest in the energy sector and motivation to continuously learn and grow
9. International mindset with excellent communication skills, analytical thinking and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
10. Resilience, ownership and a collaborative team spirit
11. Empathetic, results-oriented and flexible in your approach
12. Willingness to work in Olten or Lausanne (hybrid)
13. Full professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
