4. Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings (IFRS), including analyses, variance explanations, and presentations with clear action recommendations
5. Contribution to financial steering, target tracking, and KPI transparency within the global supply chain organisation
6. Preparation of forecasts, budget planning, and ad-hoc analyses — including deriving concrete measures for process improvement
7. Support in the annual standard-costing process and in calculating manufacturing costs in collaboration with the central costing team
8. Participation in global projects aimed at optimising supply chain performance, digitalisation, and process harmonisation
This is you
9. University or university of applied sciences degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable field
10. 2–4 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a production or supply chain environment
11. Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of operational processes
12. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP (S/4HANA), SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud, or OneStream is an advantage
13. Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style with high-quality standards
14. Proactive, team-oriented personality who enjoys cross-functional collaboration in an international environment
15. Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
16. Willingness to work on-site in Heerbrugg approx. 3 days per week
