Senior Consultant (TPR Integration & Change Management) – LHH
We are seeking a senior consultant to lead the Target Price Range (TPR) integration project and drive the organizational change management (OCM) process as part of the expanded SP&C mandate. This role is critical to ensuring the successful adoption of new processes across global, regional, and affiliate levels. It requires exceptional skills in senior stakeholder management, resilience in navigating a complex matrix environment, and the ability to establish best practices for long‑term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
* Co‑lead the process/pricing tool implementation integration project, ensuring design, implementation, and alignment with the new pricing function mandate.
* Drive organizational change management as a core responsibility, shaping communication, training, and adoption activities to ensure a smooth transition.
* Manage senior‑level stakeholder engagement, including Pricing Squad, Commercial Enablement, IT teams, DiaPrice, and other system owners.
* Navigate complex organizational dependencies and competing priorities with resilience and focus.
* Set and embed best practices for governance, communication, and process sustainability at global and regional levels.
* Track progress, manage risks, and ensure successful operational handover once stabilized.
Must Haves
* Minimum university degree or similar education.
* Minimum 5 years experience in project management and/or organizational change management, ideally linked to process or system transformation at a global scale.
* Strong track record of senior stakeholder management within complex matrix organizations.
* Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in driving large‑scale change across diverse markets.
* Ability to influence, align, and drive decision‑making across global, regional, and affiliate stakeholders.
* Familiarity with pricing processes, commercial tools, or system integrations is an advantage.
* Fluency in English.
Nice to Have
* Extensive knowledge of E2E integration process.
