TLNT1_CH Your main tasks
Welcome and assist guests in person and over the phone, ensuring a professional and friendly experience
Schedule and manage appointments for treatments, massages, wellness programs, packages, and personal training sessions to maximise therapist efficiency
Handle billing and payment processing for all spa services
Promote spa treatments and products while providing tailored, professional recommendations
Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through attentive and personalised service
Actively promote the hotel's services and those of the Michel Reybier Hospitality Group
Deliver a range of professional spa treatments in line with established standards
Provide personalised consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of treatment rooms and spa areas
Manage appointments efficiently to optimise workflow and guest satisfaction
Adhere to the hotel's quality standards Your profile
Reception/front desk operations
Hands-on treatments (massages, facials, body treatments)
Local language + English is mandatory (e. G., German or French is a plus)
Additional languages are a strong advantage in hospitality environments
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask (switching between reception and treatment duties)
Discretion and respect for client privacy
