Responsibilities
* Plan and implement comprehensive security awareness initiatives.
* Support the definition and implementation of attack surface management strategies.
* Consult on cloud security and AI governance structures.
* Documentation, preparation and presentation of results to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
* Consulting in the area of cloud security.
* Consulting in the introduction and further development of AI governance structures.
* Support in defining and implementing attack surface management approaches.
Qualifications
* Completed technical training or higher professional education (FH/HF) in computer science, cyber security or comparable.
* Further training in information security or corresponding practical experience.
* Strong communication and presentation skills with clients.
* Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of IT security fundamentals.
* Experience or strong interest in security awareness and human risk management, e.g. KnowBe4.
* Knowledge of attack surface management, vulnerability or patch management, e.g. Rapid7.
* Experience with cloud security platforms such as Azure, AWS or comparable.
* Experience or interest in AI governance and information security governance.
* Conceptual understanding of IT and security basics such as network security, email security, endpoint security, vulnerability analysis and system hardening.
* Interest in security processes, standards and best practices (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST) and willingness to further expand this knowledge.
* Analytical and structured thinking skills and the ability to present complex issues clearly.
* Team‑oriented personality with interest in networking, knowledge exchange and continuous development.
* Very good German skills in spoken and written form; good technical English skills.
* Strong communication and presentation skills and enjoyment of consulting and customer contact.
