Primary Responsibilities

As a valued member of the West Irondequoit team, a substitute teacher aide provides essential non-instructional support under the guidance of a teacher.

Job Duties

• Assisting with script preparation for recordings
• Supporting students with physical care tasks and health-related activities as needed
• Aiding students with behavioral and management needs
• Assisting in the proctoring and administration of examinations
• Managing records, materials, and equipment
• Adhere to the West Irondequoit Code of Conduct
• Supervising students
