For our customer Roche Diagnostics International AG based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a qualified Project Management Support (m/f/d)
Background:
Background: This position is intended to provide maintenance for a database solution developed in Google Sheets and shares on Google Sites. Also project managing the decommissioning of this solution and the implementation of a global enterprise tool. The role is in the Quality Area and it supports Quality Heads with documentation related capabilities.
The Perfect Candidate has a strong understanding of the Google Workspace tools and some scripting ability within Google G-Sheets. He/She will be able to manage a complex project across many countries and with varied stakeholders. Communication skills are important. English is necessary given the international nature of the assignment.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Support custom build solution in Google Workspace
* Administration of a standard tool
* Basic training of users
* Manage the Project transition to enterprise tool
* Coordination of transition
* Application scripting for Google tools
Must Haves:
* Vocational degree
* First project Management experience
* First development/scripting experience
* Ability to engage in stakeholder management
* Experience with Google Workspace, SQL, websites, project management
* Fluency in English & German, other languages are a plus
Nice to have:
* Familiarity with document management tools within quality and regulatory functions
