As Head Total Rewards and HR Delivery Capsules & Health Ingredients (CHI), you will shape our global Total Rewards strategy for ~3,500 employees. You will partner with CHI leaders to align rewards with business goals and culture.
You will also be responsible for the HR Delivery globally (Payroll Services, HR operations) and partner with CHI HR teams locally.

Lead CHI’s global Total Rewards strategy for ~3,500 employees, partnering directly with Heads of HR and Senior Business Leaders on both dailypeoplematters and strategic projects.
Lead a team of two directly and partner with the CHI HR teams locally. Serve as a key member of the CHI HR Leadership Team (HRLT).
Advise leaders on rewards, tailoring programs to local market needs whilemaintainingalignment with global governance and policy.
Drive pay transparency and a pay-for-performance culture through education, communication tools, and coaching for managers and HR.
Support compensation-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and organizational changes, ensuring smooth integration of programs.
Run annual cycles, market benchmarking, and the design of salary ranges and grading frameworks.
Manage the intersection of rewards and operations, specifically overseeing theintegration of vendors and payroll services and systemsto ensure seamless delivery.
Ensure compliance with compensation regulations across regions, navigating complex legal requirements and regional nuances.
What we are looking for
Extensive Total Rewards leadership (ideally 15+ years) in multinational organizations; proventrack recordleading global reward programs.
Strong consulting and influence skills; able to act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership in a complex matrix environment.
Advanced analytics and Excel skills; skilled in reporting, presentations, andfacilitatingcomplex materials for executive audiences.
Proven project management experience; ability to execute multiple parallel initiatives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Deep experience with HR systems and thetechnical integration between benefit providers, vendors, and payroll.
Specific experienceredesigning US benefitsand managing the associated vendor/payroll ecosystems is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field;Master’sdegree preferred.
