IT Support Specialist
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide high-level customer service and technical support. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of a premium IT support service.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing face-to-face IT support to users, hardware installation, movement, and de-installation, diagnosing problems related to personal hardware, system and application testing, script preparation in MS Windows 10 and MS Office 365 environment, small project management related to new hardware or software installation, and software, patches, and updates installation using MS SCCM.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to users.
* Install, move, and de-install hardware as needed.
* Detect and resolve issues related to personal hardware.
* Test systems and applications, prepare scripts in MS Windows 10 and MS Office 365 environment.
* Manage small projects related to new hardware or software installation.
* Install software, patches, and updates using MS SCCM.
Requirements
* 2-3 years of experience in a technical ICT environment, preferably in a manufacturing organization.
* General end-user technology knowledge.
* End-user workspace platforms (discovery, asset management, client management).
* End-user Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Office, SCCM).
* ITSM toolset (ticket management software) preferred.
* Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken.
