You thrive in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment, and are passionate about leading teams to deliver high-impact digital solutions.In order to be successful, you will have the following:Proven experience as a Lead Engineer, with a track record of leading Salesforce solution delivery in complex environments.Strong understanding of APIs, integration patterns, and CI/CD concepts and tooling.Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Experience Cloud.Salesforce Developer certifications.Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead technical teams.Experience in financial services or insurance is highly regarded.We welcome applications from candidates who have the right to work in Australia, including those with Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or a visa that allows unrestricted work for more than 12 months.Belong.
