Pro-actively work with the parties to identify gaps, drivers behind the gaps. Propose solutions to address the gaps sustainably, structurally and in a timely fashion. /li li Own the quarterly COGS forecast, including: /li li Volume: understand and reconcile various sources of volume (production volume, trade sales, etc.) /li li COGS by SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) database, reflecting latest business assumptions. /li li Inventory forecast, ensuring consistency with trade sales and production plan. /li li Deep understanding of business drivers behind each COGS bucket: plant variances, scrap, savings, transport costs, etc. /li li Alignment with The company management (CFO and Chief Supply Officer) /li li Supporting the 5 Year Plan process with PS inputs /li li Proposing and implementing continuous improvements to the forecast and actuals proofing processes, to make them more timely, efficient and accurate. /li /ul p br clear="all" /p p Supply Chain Financial Analysis /p p br clear="all" /p ul li Be the Finance “Business Partner” for PS /li li In collaboration with Product Supply, identify, value and prioritize optimization/cost saving projects for all cost components (materials, freight, scrap, etc.). Utilise a broad set of analytical tools (benchmarking, loss analysis, trend analysis, variance analysis, etc.). Ensure all analysis is consistent, accurate and timely. Contribute to Cost Savings Summits on an annual basis. /li li Annual assessment of overall company COGS structure, both on a macro-level and down to BOM (Bill Of Material) level for key products. /li li Lead annual price setting with ADSH /li li Support Purchasing for annual cost negotiations with key 3rd party suppliers and contract manufacturers. /li li Support PS leadership with financial analysis for strategic Supply Network Redesign and Business Continuity projects. /li li Own product costing for new product initiatives. /li li Provide backup for cost/transfer price maintenance in SAP. /li /ul p br clear="all" /p p Stewardship /p p br clear="all" /p ul li Perform COGS actuals proofing and implement corrective actions. /li li Oversight of COGS masterdata controls, in collaboration with The company Accounting and the Financial Controller. /li li Support the internal Control Self Assessments (CSA) program as needed. /li li Support and provide timely/quality input to the Audit Process mainly focusing on COGS /li li Perform Subpart F reporting to parent companies /li li Ensure compliance with JV processes. Eg. STEAM, Decision Authority, etc. /li li Take on additional roles/functions outside of their immediate responsibilities as required. /li /ul brh4 Profil attendu /h4 p strong Qualifications Experience: /strong /p ul li Relevant university degree or equivalent. /li li Relevant and extensive finance experience, with focus on Financial Planning, Controlling and Product Supply Finance /li li Experience with international trade and manufacturing operations, with manufacturing operations (in-house and/or contract manufacturing) /li li Affinity with and good knowledge of financial systems, preferably SAP, PowerBI, KNIME /li li Competent in using all Microsoft tools, in particular MS Excel /li li Solid accounting and internal controls skills /li li Strong analytical problem-solving skills; attention to detail. /li li Accountable for results. Able to work with limited guidance. /li li Experience in dealing with significant complexity in a fast-paced environment.
