THE POSITION
You are the operational backbone of the FIFA Brand Creative Services Studio, ensuring that all creative work moves efficiently from brief to delivery with the right resources, timelines, and processes in place. You will orchestrate studio operations at scale, manage a growing volume of creative requests across brand, marketing, events, digital, and broadcast, and provide structure, clarity, and stability to enable Designers, and Brand Managers to focus on strategy and creative quality.
Key Tasks
Own and manage the end-to-end production workflow for all creative requests, from intake to final delivery.
Triage, prioritise, and schedule a high volume of design and content requests (100+ per month, with strong growth expected).
Plan workloads and allocate resources across internal designers, external agencies, freelancers, and content factory partners.
Act as the single source of truth for studio capacity, priorities, and delivery status, monitoring timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones across multiple parallel workstreams.
Maintain, evolve, and optimise the design request management tool and workflow system.
Establish clear intake processes, SLAs, prioritisation frameworks, and approval flows.
Ensure briefs are complete and actionable; proactively clarify objectives, deliverables, formats, and timelines with requestors.
Serve as the central coordination point between Brand Managers, Art Direction, Designers, Marketing, Events, Digital, Broadcast, and external partners.
Manage day-to-day collaboration with external agencies, freelancers, and the Content Factory.
Ensure clear communication, accountability, and visibility across all ongoing projects.
YOUR PROFILE

Minimum 5 years of experience in creative production management, studio operations, traffic management, or related roles within agency, sports, entertainment, FMCG, or global brand environments.
Mandatory: hands‑on experience managing high‑volume creative pipelines.
Fast, solution‑oriented, extremely organized with strong interpersonal qualities.
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Creative Production or a related creative discipline.
Proven hands‑on expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Experience working with large‑scale brand projects, live events, from concepting event look & feel to developing venue branding systems.
Minimum 8‑10 years of experience in senior graphic or art direction roles within agency, entertainment, FMCG, or sports‑related industries.
Fluent in spoken and written English is mandatory.
