For one of our clients, an international company based in the Canton of Geneva, we are looking for a Facilities Procurement Specialist (M/F ):
Your Responsibilities:
* Manage the procurement process for building-related services and equipment (maintenance, cleaning, security, energy, etc.).
* Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best conditions in terms of price, quality, and delivery times.
* Establish and monitor service contracts.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
* Collaborate with internal teams (finance, operations, maintenance) to anticipate needs and optimize budgets.
* Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvements.
Your Profile:
* Higher education in procurement, supply chain, or equivalent.
* Proven experience (3-5 years) in procurement related to facility management.
* Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
* Proficiency in IT tools (ERP, Excel) and solid understanding of procurement processes.
* Fluent in French, with professional English (spoken and written).
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team.
