We’re looking for a person who turns chaos into process, bugs into systems, and teams into well-oiled machines.
What you’ll do Build and maintain end-to-end processes across product, development, QA, and support
Own and optimize workflows in Jira (and everything around it)
Track, structure, and control bug management across teams
Ensure transparency and predictability of delivery
Set up and enforce processes for releases, QA cycles, and task tracking
Identify bottlenecks and eliminate them
Bring consistency to how teams plan, execute, and report

What we expect Strong experience with Jira (advanced level)
Understanding of product development lifecycle
Experience working with engineering and QA teams
