Your skills & qualifications We’re looking for a new Senior Manager, Loss of Exclusivity Marketing who demonstrated ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to products approaching loss of exclusivity, ensuring sustained market presence and revenue optimisation. In addition you are proficient in conducting in-depth market research to identify and predict consumer trends, enabling the development of proactive marketing campaigns that address shifting market dynamics. To succeed in this role, you: Hold an academic degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar Have at least 8 years’ experience in marketing within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry Have proven expertise in managing product lifecycle strategies, including loss of exclusivity planning Have a strong background in market research, promotional campaign development, and P&L management Are fully proficient in English, both written and spoken It will be seen as an advantage if you have gained experience within the obesity therapeutic area. On a personal level, you showcase exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for marketing initiatives during critical product transitions; furthermore, you are adept at working with diverse teams, including sales, regulatory, and R&D, to align marketing efforts with broader organisational goals and ensure seamless execution of campaigns. You have the ability to navigate the challenges of a dynamic market environment, particularly during the loss of exclusivity phase, by remaining flexible and solution-oriented in the face of change.
