Join to apply for the L&D Project Leader and Trainer Export role at L'OCCITANE Group (B Corp)
As L’Occitane En Provence L&D Project Leader and Trainer Export, your role is to be the L&D expert for all Export markets. Your main mission will be to inspire, motivate, and engage retail teams to provide the best possible experience to our customers by delivering appropriate tools, guidelines, and support.
You will work closely with Export teams (Sales, Marketing & Digital) and report to the Export Senior Customer Experience Manager.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Training (50%)
o Organize and deliver in-person training sessions during market visits to reinforce knowledge and service standards, collaborating with local teams across 55 markets.
o Serve as the product knowledge expert in Face Care and Hair Care segments for all Export markets.
o Conduct training on SPA protocols outside of SPA settings with retail teams.
o Co-facilitate biannual Train-the-Trainer sessions to upskill retail teams and align with company standards.
o Ensure retail team members have access to e-learning platforms, monitor KPIs.
o Update and coach training managers via webinars and communication channels, ensuring engaging, interactive sessions tailored to diverse regional needs.
2. L&D Content Creation (20%)
o Communicate all necessary L&D content via Export Toolkits.
o Update training materials including PowerPoint presentations, cheat sheets, product updates, and quizzes to align with brand messaging.
o Co-create structured Train-the-Trainer sessions to empower training managers with the tools and knowledge needed for consistent delivery.
3. Countries Follow-up (30%)
o Support prioritized countries through market calls and visits based on clusters.
o Assist countries on L&D, CX, and retail performance topics.
o Conduct retail analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience as a retail trainer or beauty advisor with trainer certification.
* Experience in retail & luxury cosmetics is a strong plus.
* Ability to learn and deploy SPA protocols.
* Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in Pack Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
* High energy, resilience, curiosity, humility.
* Flexible and adaptable to various environments.
* Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
* Ability to influence and connect with customers, partners, and colleagues across cultures.
* Comfortable with Learning Management Systems, PPT, Excel, and Word.
* Willing to travel up to 50%.
