Senior Engagement Manager – Capgemini Engineering

YOUR ROLE
As an Engagement Manager, you will own the full project lifecycle, from initial proposal to successful delivery, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget and quality standards while achieving the highest level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage end‑to‑end project lifecycles, from proposal to delivery.
* Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and budgets; monitor progress and performance.
* Proactively identify, assess and mitigate project risks, issues and scope changes.
* Coordinate cross‑functional teams (IT, engineering, manufacturing, finance, quality assurance) to ensure seamless execution.
* Provide clear, timely reporting on project status, risks and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Track and report KPIs in line with organisational processes.
Your Skills And Experience
* Minimum 10 years’ experience as an Engagement Manager, Program Manager or Project Manager.
* Experience in the Life Science industry and knowledge of the Swiss market.
* Proven experience managing turnkey projects.
* Excellent project management and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools and software.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
* Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Results‑driven mindset with strong decision‑making skills.
* Experience managing distributed teams.
* Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
* English and German are mandatory.
