Golf Kyburg, part of the "Leading Golf Courses" community, invites an experienced Head of Gastronomy to manage our 18‑hole championship club and the La Gloria Restaurant, offering a full‑service dining experience with a menu ranging from à la carta to banquets for up to 120 guests.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the entire gastronomy team toward set goals.
* Co‑create the full à la carta and banquet menu in partnership with the head chef.
* Plan, organize, and execute all banquets, dine‑as‑you‑go events, and other culinary activities.
* Oversee purchasing and ordering of food and supplies.
* Ensure first‑class kitchen and service performance, delivering a high‑quality guest experience.
Qualifications
* Completed gastronomy training and a diploma from a recognised hotel‑management school or equivalent training (e.g., F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager, Banquet Manager).
* Several years of professional and leadership experience in upscale gastronomy.
* Strong organisational talent, sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills.
* Flexibility, resilience, reliability, and a high level of commitment.
