Our global teams in Switzerland, America, and China work closely together to manage export control requirements, conduct due diligence, and implement robust compliance programs to ensure secure and compliant operations worldwide. /ppbr/ppTo support this ongoing growth and the rising importance of our compliance function, we are expanding our Export Compliance team at our headquarters in Nänikon-Greifensee and are searching for a /ppbr/ppstrongSenior Specialist Export Compliance /strong(m/w/d). /ppbr/ppAs Senior Specialist Export Compliance you play a key role in strengthening our capabilities, enhancing compliance processes, supporting global and regional initiatives, and maintaining operational excellence in all export-related matters. /ppbr/ppIn this role, you will be responsible for the following activities: /ppulliExecution and enhancing Know Your Customer (KYC) checks and maintaining corresponding database assuring compliance with global export control and trade regulations across all business units. /liliProcess denied party screenings, obtain clearances, and execute necessary follow-up actions. /liliSupport products assessment in accordance with dual-use regulations and maintain the associated database.
