Your tasks:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the MARINE service execution sector.
2. Closely collaborate with After Sales, Network and Business Development to develop strategies for the whole Service function.
3. Analyze internal needs and contribute as project lead to the ambitious growth plan of the MARINE service regions. Identify and audit risks and track progress on long-term strategy.
4. Conduct analysis to identify and implement business opportunities.
5. Monitor customer and stakeholder satisfaction and implement continuous improvement initiatives and reporting.
Your Qualifications:
6. Strong background in stakeholder management, existing Network to companies operating in the Marine sector is a plus
7. Deep understanding of MARINE services and customer lifecycle management
8. Excellent planning and communication skills
9. Independent way of working and strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities
10. Extensive travel availability is expected
