As Senior Copy Lead, you’ll work closely with Creative Directors and Art Directors to deliver impactful concepts and stories across channels. The ideal candidate is an expert conceptual storyteller with a deep understanding of channel best practices and leadership experience. /p h3Your Mission /h3 ul liPartner with Art Director to concept and execute innovative campaigns across all channels, bringing big ideas to life from briefs big and small. /li liConfidently and articulately present creative ideas based on strategy and insights. /li liDeliver concepts, films, OOH, and 360 campaigns with obsessive craft on ambitious timelines. /li liUphold and evolve On's distinctive voice, ensuring it remains fearless and unconventional. /li liLead creative in the Run category to success, fostering a sense of bravery and dedication within your team, ensuring they are motivated, inspired, and consistently delivering bold, original and inventive concepts and distinctive tones of voice for campaigns and projects. /li liManage multiple high-priority campaigns simultaneously, making sound creative decisions independently in a fast-paced environment. /li liExemplify leadership in creative, championing the On Spirits, and actively contributing to company culture and events. /li /ul h3Your Story /h3 ul liA dynamic, experienced copywriter with 6+ years of experience as a creative championing big ideas on global advertising and/or marketing campaigns, brand side or at an agency. /li liA passionate storyteller with a portfolio spanning film scripts, manifestos, OOH, and disruptive activations. /li liDeep understanding of global digital user journeys and how to leverage touchpoints to drive meaningful action. /li liExperience challenging the status quo and navigating complex stakeholder environments to deliver commercial results. /li liComfortable leading high-impact initiatives that significantly influence the business and brand trajectory. /li liYou know how to lead and inspire within your team, identify underlying issues and root causes, and seek solutions to problems. /li liYou have a deep love for, and experience in, culture, fashion, and performance sports. /li /ul pOn’s Brand Studio is an award‑winning internal studio aiming to challenge world‑leading creative agencies.
