As part of our expansion in German-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Sales Executive to support the growth of our solution Technis Energy Intelligence.
Reporting to the Head of Sales Energy, you will play a key role in developing our presence in this strategic market. You will work on both existing opportunities and new business development.
Responsibilities Develop and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities
Identify and engage key decision‑makers (real estate owners, asset managers, property managers, large enterprises)
Manage complex and long sales cycles (6–12 months)
Sell solutions combining hardware (sensors) and software (SaaS platforms)
Build strong value propositions around energy performance and ESG challenges
Manage opportunities and negotiations through to closing
Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical, project, operations)
During your first months, you will focus mainly on existing leads, before progressively developing new business through active prospection.
The role is mainly field‑based (client visits), with some remote work for preparation and follow‑ups.
Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales
Proven experience managing complex and long sales cycles
Experience selling solutions combining hardware and SaaS
Comfortable engaging with C‑level stakeholders
Strong hunter mindset with excellent closing skills
Ability to understand and explain complex technical solutions
Autonomous, structured, and results‑driven
Languages Fluent Swiss German (mandatory)
Professional English (mandatory)
French is a plus
Nice to have Knowledge of the Swiss real estate market
Understanding of energy / ESG challenges
Experience in IoT, smart buildings, or building automation
Compensation Competitive fixed salary + variable (performance‑based bonus)
