The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Operator to take full operational leadership and scale the commercial engine internationally. This executive search is structured around a Management Buy-In (MBI) model, offering the incoming CEO the unique opportunity to partner with current shareholders as an equity stakeholder.

Mandate
Full P&L ownership and strategic autonomy to modernize sales, commercialization, and global go-to-market strategy, while leveraging the company's proprietary engineering IP and high-end manufacturing capabilities.

Executive leadership with a clear pathway to equity participation, aligned with the company's M&A transaction roadmap and long-term growth strategy.
Candidate Profile
Experience:
Proven track record as a CEO or Senior Operator in automotive manufacturing, automotive components, advanced industrial engineering, or luxury performance sectors.
Alignment:
Ability to fulfil equity co-investment mandates (if applicable) as part of the leadership transition.
