To support our operations, we are looking for an After Sales Service Engineer (100%).
Responsibilities
* Installing and commissioning new machines (3–5 axes) in Europe and worldwide
* Working in cleanroom or controlled environments when required
* Responding quickly to customer service and maintenance requests
* Identifying and escalating recurring issues
* Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
* Conducting customer training sessions both internally and externally
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience in field service (preferred)
* Technician or Engineer in electronics/automation with good knowledge of the machine tool industry
* Experience in laser technology or optics is a plus
* Excellent problem‑solving skills
* Versatile, autonomous, rigorous, and highly communicative
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time
* Fluent in French and English; German is an advantage
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
* Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit
* Ideally located along the Geneva–Lausanne corridor or close to the border, to facilitate airport access
