We’re a fast-growing home improvement company seeking a reliable, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant & Appointment Setter to manage lead intake, appointment scheduling, and CRM organization. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers—so attention to detail, quick response times, and professionalism are key.

You’ll be the first touchpoint for prospects calling or submitting inquiries. Your job is to qualify, schedule, document, and ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks. You’ll also support light admin tasks and sales operations.
Responsibilities
Think of this as a “light-duty, full-availability” role: You may only spend 20–25 hours actively working most weeks, but your responsiveness and accuracy during business hours are critical to the sales process.
* Answer inbound phone calls and respond to leads (phone/email/form submissions) promptly during business hours (M–F, 9–5 CST).
* Follow our lead qualification process to determine if a prospect is a fit, then book appointments in a shared calendar. Double-check logistical fit (location, drive time, etc.)
* Update and manage CRM records in Stannect (built on the GoHighLevel platform)—including source attribution, notes, and stage changes.
* Handle daily sales follow-up tasks such as rehashing no-shows or unsold proposals by phone or email.
* Document lead activity in various platforms such as Google LSA and the Hardie Alliance dashboard.
* Support our team via Slack with real-time updates, questions, and handoffs.
Optional Bonus
* If you have social media experience, you may assist in drafting, scheduling, or posting content during non-peak times.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
* Must be available M–F from 9AM to 5PM CST (you won’t work every minute, but must be responsive)
* Excellent phone presence and communication skills
* Tech-comfortable—especially with CRMs, Slack, Google Workspace
* Detail-obsessed: names, dates, lead sources, follow-ups—you catch the small stuff
* Organized, self-managed, and dependable
* Familiarity with sales/marketing and the importance of lead handling
* Prior experience in home services or appointment setting is a bonus
Compensation
$10 - $15 hourly
