Your responsibilities include:

Editorial & Operational Leadership

* Managing the day-to-day editorial workflow across the magazine, social media channels, and newsletters.

* Owning and maintaining the Editorial Schedule — ensuring all stories are assigned, produced, edited, translated, approved, and published on time.
* Coordinating closely with the Editor-in-Chief to translate editorial strategy into precise operational plans.
* Coordinating content productions and publications closely with the Social Media Manager and Director of Video on a daily basis
* Leading and supporting staff editors, junior editors, and freelancers to ensure consistent quality and output.

Cross-Channel Publishing Management

* Overseeing production logistics for all channels, including written articles, photography, video, and multimedia storytelling.
* Ensuring that content is adapted appropriately for website, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, newsletters, and additional distribution platforms.
* Guaranteeing cross-channel alignment in tone, style, visual aesthetics, and timing.

Quality Control & Editorial Excellence

* Reviewing and refining content for accuracy, clarity, structure, style, and visual coherence.
* Maintaining Classic Driver's editorial standards across all formats and languages.
* Ensuring that all sponsored content is produced flawlessly and delivered according to client expectations.

Collaboration & Communication

* Acting as the central coordination point between editorial, design, sales, production, and social media teams.
* Managing and developing relationships with Classic Driver's global network of writers, photographers, videographers, translators, and sub-editors.
* Liaising directly with clients, brand partners, auction houses, and contributors within the publication process

Strategic Contribution

* Identifying opportunities to improve workflow, streamline processes, and introduce new editorial formats.
* Monitoring content performance and collaborating with the Editor-in-Chief to adapt strategy accordingly.
* Exploring creative and operational uses of AI tools to enhance planning, distribution, analytics, and production processes.
* Helping to shape and evolve the Classic Driver brand as it continues to grow.

* A strong understanding of the mechanics and culture of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media channels.
* Familiarity with — and openness to — using AI-driven publishing, research, planning, and content workflows.
* Experience with CMS tools, analytics platforms, Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and similar digital publishing environments.
* Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to keep multiple projects moving simultaneously under tight deadlines.
* A collaborative, communicative mindset suited for working remotely with an international team.
* A competitive spirit, high standards, and razor-sharp attention to detail.
* Degree-level education in Journalism, English, Communications, or another relevant subject.
* A desire to become an essential part of the Classic Driver brand and help develop it further.
