We combine advanced imaging hardware, AI-enabled software, and evolving health data capabilities to help clinicians and consumers better understand, measure, and improve aesthetic and wellbeing outcomes.

To scale this globally, we are hiring a Global Channel & Distributor Sales Manager to own and evolve Aura’s international distributor network.
This is a senior commercial role with end-to-end responsibility for how Aura reaches global markets through partners. You will design the network, grow it, and ensure it performs — continuously shaping how we expand geographically and commercially.
THIS IS YOU
4–5 years of experience managing distributor or channel partner networks (regional or global)
Strong experience in international go-to-market and commercial strategy
Ability to operate across complex, multi-market environments
Experience in building, onboarding, or scaling distribution partnerships
Confidence in holding partners accountable and leading performance conversations
Commercially sharp, structured, and execution-driven mindset
Comfort working across cultures, markets, and regulatory environments
Strong balance between relationship-building and performance discipline
Experience in medtech, healthtech, aesthetics, or adjacent B2B industries (strong plus)
