About the Role
As an Employee Communications Associate, you'll be at the heart of aligning our global workforce with Swiss Re's strategic vision. This temporary position offers a unique opportunity to craft compelling narratives that inspire and inform, while utilizing innovative tools and formats to enhance employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy activation across internal and external channels – implementing communication activities for all pillars of the Group strategy including AI transformation and culture change
2. Content creation – develop high-quality and engaging articles, blogs, videos, and interviews in English for various channels
3. Event management – help organize townhalls and other events to align employees with the strategy
4. Digital channel coordination – manage and coordinate content for digital platforms
5. Insights reporting – support strategy sentiment reporting, collating and presenting valuable insights
6. Content publishing – maintain digital channels and oversee production of video and other visual content

About You

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
7. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Communications, Change/Digital Management, Marketing or Journalism
8. Minimum 3 years of experience in Communications, ideally in internal, change or digital communication
9. Strong storytelling, writing and editing capabilities in English
10. Excellent conceptual, planning and project management skills
11. Experience with digital communication tools and platforms
These are additional nice to haves:
12. Experience in change management communications
13. Knowledge of video production and visual storytelling techniques
14. Experience working in a global, multicultural environment
15. Understanding of financial services or insurance industry
16. Proficiency in additional languages
Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.
The base salary range for this position will be shared with you during the interview process.
