Our client, a global leader in nutrition and health solutions, is looking for a Regional Commercial Optimization Manager to drive strategic pricing, margin improvement, and commercial analytics across their premix business.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Joint responsibility for commercial execution of pricing (floors and PIP prices) and margins, in collaboration with Global Commercial Business Optimization
* Drive demand generation and profitability through strategic pricing management, with a focus on Solutions
* Collaborate with AMs, Sales Managers, and GMs to target premix customers and segments, ensuring achievement of agreed Premix Volumes and MM objectives
* Conduct deep-dive analytics on pricing, volumes, sales, profitability, capacity utilization, premix network optimization, and standardization
* Provide analytical support for commercial optimization projects
* Lead financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making and margin improvement initiatives
* Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs), pricing trends, and financial metrics
* Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial reports and dashboards, enabling real-time insights for stakeholders
* Collaborate with finance teams to align commercial strategies with budget forecasts and financial targets
You Bring
* Bachelor's degree; Master's in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or MBA is a plus
* 10+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, International Trade, or Finance
* 5+ years of experience working in and across multi-disciplinary, diverse teams in large organizations
* Proven analytical skills, with experience working with processes and systems
* Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and other data visualization tools
* Experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
* Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights through dashboards and reports
* Experience in managing others and leading cross-functional initiatives
