Responsibilities
* Professional support and counseling of customers via phone, email, or live chat
* Receive, process, and resolve customer complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction
* Assist with order processing, returns, and other transactions
* Provide detailed information about products and services to support customer purchasing decisions
* Communicate with customers to understand individual needs and offer suitable solutions
* Document customer interactions and requests to maintain a transparent information base
* Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and tech to resolve customer issues efficiently
* Actively collect customer feedback to identify and implement service improvements
* Provide training and guidance so customers can use products or services effectively
Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers
* Strong customer-centric understanding and ability to empathize
* Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented thinking to resolve problems
* Comprehensive understanding of the offered products or services to advise customers competently
* Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and other departments
* Ability to stay calm and professional in a dynamic environment, especially in conflict situations
* Adaptability to changing requirements and work conditions
* Basic knowledge of customer-service systems and tools
* Very good German, additional languages are a plus
* Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer needs are addressed
