Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and ensure the safety of campers during swimming and lake activities.
* Enforce all water safety rules and camp regulations.
* Monitor weather conditions and water safety levels, adapting activities accordingly.
* Perform rescues and administer first aid/CPR if necessary.
* Assist in organising and leading water‑related activities.
* Educate campers on water safety practices.
* Work collaboratively with the camp staff to ensure a fun and secure environment.
Your Profile and Competences
* Valid lifeguard certification for both swimming pools and open water (lake).
* CPR and First Aid certification.
* Proven experience working with children in a camp or similar setting.
* Strong swimming and rescue skills.
* Ability to remain alert, focused, and responsive in emergency situations.
* Professional, responsible, and team‑oriented attitude.
* Fluent in English and proficient in another European language.
* Clean criminal record.
