As a Professional Services Consultant, you will bring our technology to life for customers — working directly with banks to design, implement, and support our platform. Each project is different: one day you may be leading a new installation, the next solving an important technical issue or advising a client on best practice.
If you are practical, customer-focused, and confident working with technology, this role could be a great fit.
Note: our role is based in Yverdon-les-Bains, 3 days per week either in the office or on site with customers with occasional need for more days on site.
Your main responsibilities
 * Lead the full technical implementation of Vyntra’s software solutions for customers.
 * Understand customer needs and design solutions that meet them.
 * Install, configure, and test the platform to ensure high performance and reliability.
 * Help customers learn how to use the solution effectively.
 * Provide technical support (levels 1–3) when needed.
 * Work closely with internal teams such as Project Management, Presales, and R&D.
 * Support pre-sales activities such as RFPs and proof-of-concept projects.
What you bring
 * Strong experience in IT or software implementation (2+ years).
 * Technical skills in Linux, Python (or PySpark), and Bash.
 * Experience with SQL and data scripting is an advantage.
 * Knowledge of ElasticSearch, Oracle, MSSQL, or MariaDB is a plus.
 * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
 * Experience working with customers or in consulting roles.
 * Experience in finance or banking is a benefit.
 * Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
