Sales & Business Development Manager

remote coordination of the Sales and Service team
.
Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate and oversee the remote activities of the Sales and Service team to ensure operational alignment
* Achieve order intake and margin objectives in assigned business segments
* Identify customer requirements and propose technical solutions across scientific, medical, industrial and broadcast sectors
* Manage key accounts and develop long-term customer relationships
* Support the creation of technical and commercial offers, including documentation for bids and tenders
* Attend customer meetings, conferences and exhibitions (approximately one week per month)
* Collect and analyse market intelligence: trends, competitors, opportunities, investment plans
* Contribute to the annual marketing plan and support promotional activities, events, and trade show coordination
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data and forecasts within the CRM system
* Provide input for product development and enhancements
* Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality processes and the company's ethical guidelines
Required Qualifications and Experience
* University degree in Engineering, Physics, Electronics, Business or other technically relevant fields
* Previous experience in the sales of complex technical systems or high-value B2B solutions
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proven ability to prepare proposals, reports and technical presentations
* Fluency in
German
is a strict requirement; excellent command of English is also essential
* Interest or background in applied science or electronics
* Availability for regular travel, both domestic and international
